"The only reason this review has one star is so I could inform people that this agent thinks everyone is beneath him. I had insurance before I called this agent and my insurance rating is excellent, I was shopping around for better rates and better company, when the agent came out to my property he informed me that my property was sub standard to his liking. Ok thats fine but what he stated was a lie, he didn't submit it to under writing, and denied coverage. I do not need his insurance because ALFA gladly picked up coverage. Times are hard nowadays, so if you don't want to waste your time, DONT CALL WAYNE YOUNG AND STATE FARM INSURANCE"
